Service Description

We are very excited to announce the introduction of our new strength and conditioning program and coach, Amer Sasivarevic. Our new program and coach brings a fresh approach to training that we believe will benefit all of our clients. Amer brings an impressive soccer background having played D1, UCL, and in the MLS. He has a BS in Exercise Science and Physiology, and is a certified trainer, performance enhancement specialist, and nutrition coach. He has years of experience working with athletes of all levels and is passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals. The new program is designed to improve overall strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance. We believe that this program will be beneficial for, and give a competitive edge to all of our athletes. Bookings are live starting March 20th and classes will be on Monday’s and Wednesday’s from 5pm - 9pm. These will be 1 hour, group classes of up to 10 athletes per session. (Team sessions are available, please contact Garrett) *Note that this training is for ages 12-18 (currently) and will expand to younger ages soon. Thank you for your continued support!
